  5. Thanks for trying MRI - The Foot!
  6. This "Read Me" will tell you how to use the atlas. 
  7.  
  8. Keep all the files in the same folder and do not change the names "jtsag" or "jttra". Allocate as much memory as possible for MRI - The Foot. 3 Mb will do under System 7 but if you have System 6.xx you may allocate much lesser memory if you do not use multifinder. It should run on the LC.

  10. Make sure your monitor is set to 256 colors.
  11.  
  12. Pointing at anatomy hilites the name in the list. Clicking on the name shows a pointer at anatomy.
  13.  
  14. I hope that the anatomy description is OK but if you find  any mistakes please send me a note.

  16. A full description of the program will be published in Acta Radiologica in spring 1995.
